Individually quick-frozen after harvest, these slices of superb duck foie gras are ready to sear, sauté or pan-fry. Rougie is a world-renowned producer of foie gras, with its origins in France, and now Canada. Made out of Moulard duck from Canada. Just take the slice you need, and the handy resealable bag will protect the rest until you're ready to use them. Place the slice or slices over a heated pan for 1 minute over medium heat, then finish cooking in the oven for 3 to 4 minutes at 350F. The flavor is the same as refrigerated foie gras, but with the advantage of lasting a whole lot longer.
