The product is excellent. My only complaint is with the shipment of the product. We lost a dozen or so items as they had come open in transit, which created a sticky mess to clean up. This is the second time this has occurred with this type product. I have no problem with the quality of the product, just the packaging might require some adjustment.

Read through the other reviews and you will find the same situation I had with the creamers. It does not arrive in the blue dispenser box that is shown, the 192 creamers arrive loose inside a cardboard box with no padding. Perhaps less creamers would burst during transit if the display box shown was wrapped inside a cardboard box. The box arrived completely undamaged on the outside. None appeared to have frozen during transit, it appears that the creamer singles pop during high altitude transit or perhaps when the box is thrown by the shipper or pressure is placed on the box. It is a sticky mess when it arrives. The creamer taste and convenience is great, but it is unfortunate that so many people have commented on this problem and Interational Delight has not fixed its packaging and shipping issue.

Good product poor packing from shipper. Had several leaking into box which made them all sticky. Had to wash off before storing for use.

Making coffee is such a ritual and having these handy creamers in the pantry makes for a very nice treat when it's time for a hot cup of coffee. They are also kept in the breakroom and since they do not have to be refrigerated they make for a very nice option for our clients. Great value too since we can purchase such a large number of cups at one time. Very handy on the road too. Toss a few in a briefcase or in the car and have them if you are on the road and want to flavor your coffee when on the road.

Amazon outside packaging arrived in great shape! Unfortunately downhill from there. Carton containing creamers was damaged; original box seal was taped over (re-sealed previously opened?); use by date on outside of box indicated 4 months (typically these have at least 12 months, usually 18). Sent feedback to Amazon several days ago. Apparently fell on deaf ears (i.e., no response from Amazon).
