The Hediard Blend uses 97.5% Chinese tea with 1% bergamot, 1% lemon and .5% sweet orange oils. Hediard Blend Tea is a very sweet drink, scented with fruit spices and served hot or cold. There are very few teas that I love. This is one of them. The other tea company that I love is Lupicia. There is something sooo balanced and smooth about this tea. Once you've tried this blend, it makes it impossible to enjoy normal tea bags sold at grocery stores such as twinings and even the teas that are sold at Starbucks.
